SCHEDULING INFORMATION AND FEES
 

Scheduling Information?

•  All sessions are either in the Shelter Island Office in person

(two and a half-hours from New York City), or by telephone worldwide (631 749 1532).

•  Appointments are available Monday through Thursdays from 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM EST.
  Sessions are confirmed and billed with a change or cancellation notice of 10 business days,
  excepting health emergencies.
   
•  Email is reserved for scheduling and not a format for in between session dialogue.
   
•  An Insurance or tax receipt will be provided upon request.

Re-scheduling?
Email is the preferred method of contact, or you may leave a telephone message at
631 -749 - 1532. 10-Business Days are required to re-schedule, unless a health emergency occurs

 
Fees ?

•  $275.00 Life Path Reading (Includes Chart Analysis prior to session and 1-1 1/2 hour consult).
•  $250.00 Annual Cycle - Follow Consult, (Includes Chart Analysis prior to session and 1 hour consult).
•  $350.00 Synastry - 2 Person chart comparison for compatibility - personal or professional. (Be sure to submit 2 intake forms with Birth Data Information, but use only one form for payment.

Payment Methods?
After submitting the intake form below, please know that payments must be received in order to
schedule and confirm an appointment.
You may pay on line with PayPal using all major credit cards.
You may fax my office directly (631.749.1532) with either a Visa or Master card number only,
including expiration date and billing address with zipcode.
